""Inchicore, the gold standard in Boston's Irish music scene" - Irish Emigrant Publications
Inchicore takes its name from the district of Dublin where founding member, lead singer and guitarist Derrick Keane hails from. Founded in Boston the group is also composed of Tom Miller (New York) on vocals and bass, Damon Leibert (CT & Nova Scotia) on fiddle and vocals and is also frequently augmented by additional traditional instrumentalists. The group features a strong stage presence, solid harmony vocals, and a toe-tapping repertoire which spans a wide range of musical influences around a Celtic/Irish center, producing both a very melodic and rhythmic result. Having shared the stage with a wide variety of artists ranging from Finbar Furey (The Furey Brothers) Derek Warfield (The Wolftones) and the Dublin City Ramblers, to the Winter Brothers and Willie Nelson, Inchicore has been delighting audiences on both sides of the Atlantic with ballads, traditional instrumentals, rebel and dance music since 1998.
