TouchKeys is available to order at http://touchkeys.co.uk.

The TouchKeys can be used to play microtonal music by using the finger location to divide each key into two or more distinct notes. This video includes examples from Turkish maqam music, using a 24-note tuning system developed by Istanbul-based composer/theorist Dr. Ozan Yarman (http://www.ozanyarman.com). I have very little prior experience with maqam music, so these examples are not intended to be stylistically accurate, but rather to show the possibilities for new tuning systems using the TouchKeys. (Thanks also to Bryan Pardo for introducing me to this fascinating musical tradition.)
