Crimson And Clover is the third track on the CD version of Prince's 33rd studio album Lotusflow3r. The track is a cover version of Tommy James and the Shondells (written by Tommy James and Peter Lucia Jr., from the 1968 album Crimson & Clover), and also includes (uncredited) portions of Wild Thing by The Wild Ones (written by Chip Taylor, from the 1965 album The Arthur Sound, but made more famous in 1966 by The Troggs), incorporated into the chorus.
