DESCRIPTION:
Courtney Dowe is a former Resident Artist In Bloom for Bloombars, and has recently taken on the fight for affordable housing at Washington DC's Tent City at the intersections of 7th and R streets. She regularly performs at Bloombars and has released her first album called Accomplice which features songs about her experiences as a homeless person in the nation's capital.
