In early 2002, two brothers formed the band Confronted. A few months later they asked their older brother to step in on vocals. After one practice they hit the backyard party scene relentlessly for about a year and a half, playing weekly and sometimes two shows a night. They quickly created a buzz on the streets and were soon being asked to play clubs, bars and small venues. They've never had a promoter or label back them, and they still have had the opportunity to share the stage with Authority Zero, Death By Stereo, Pulley, Voodoo Glow Skulls, U.S. Bombs, The White Kaps, Ten Foot Pole, 1208, The Dickies and many more. They are strictly a DIY band that is learning it the hard. but right way. The band has 4 self produced demos under their belt, putting out something new every year. There sound is always improving, and the band credits that to their passion and love for what they do. Now, as of September 2006 Confronted got there hands on an 8-Track Recorder and now Recording, Producing, Mixing, and Mastering their own Shit. THEY STRICTLY LIVE BY THE DIY PHILOSOPHY!
