The enigmatically titled 'O' will be German futuristic-pop label, Emerald & Doreen Recordings' 16th release.

This collection of 8 tracks by the equally elusive electronic artist Reagan & Carter features a track in 3 parts with a tantalizing feast of remixes by the likes of SpAceLex, the kaleidoscopic dance of Enjoyed, and Treptunes. Not to forget the retro-futurist Italo Disco of Antoni Maiovvi, an edgier electro-breaks remix by The Ghost That Walks and instrumental Peacekeeper MX remix.

Reagan & Carter teams up with upcoming singer-songwriter Edie Lobo on 'O -- Part 1' - a rich marriage of Giorgio Moroder-like minor-key synths and haunting, fragrant vocal textures. The Donna Summer-esque hypnotic and dreamlike vocals centre on devotional and religious themes.

'the track was sent to me entitled 'O' -- I immediately thought of that idea of God being eternal like the image of an 'O' and ran with the theme of a divine mystical character in the lyrics' says Edie of the writing process.
