DESCRIPTION:

Comas have been together as a band since March 2003, but each member has many individual accomplishments. Coming from diverse musical backgrounds and different parts of the world, they found a similar approach to music in each other. Comas is Aidan Burke (Ireland) on fiddle, Philip Masure (Belgium) on guitar, cittern, bouzouki, vocals, Jackie Moran (USA) on bodhran, percussion, vocals and Isaac Alderson (USA) on flutes and uillean pipes.

Combining their many cultural influences, they forged a unique blend of traditional Irish music which has them playing at major festivals in Ireland, Belgium, France, England, Denmark and Holland.
