CLUBSTAR präsentiert stolz die lang erwartete nächste Edition der CLUBSTAR SESSION Serie. Genau richtig zum Spring Break und der Sommer Saison kommt CLUBSTAR SESSION 2012.
Seit 14 Jahren lebt und predigt CLUBSTAR House Music.
Neben beinahe hundert Single Veröffentlichungen und hunderten Compilation Releases verliert Clubstar nie den Blick und das Gespür für die neuen Styles der House Music und die neue Generation. Die Doppel CD Clubstar Session 2012 bringt die Old und New School der Musik, die wir lieben, zusammen.

CD1 wurde vom Clubstar A&R Henri Kohn zusammen gestellt und gemixt. Er präsentiert Tracks von Veteranen der Szene wie Cevin Fisher, Erick Morillo, Harry Romero, Jose Nunez (alle aus New York City), Tonka (der definitiv zurück ist), ATFC & David Penn und Chocolate Puma aus Holland, die schon in den 90ern unter ihrem DJ Zki & Dobre Ego für Furore sorgten. Dabruck & Klein sind an Bord, genau wie Larse. Darüberhinaus sind Titel von Martin Villeneuve, Nicolas Vautier ft Madani Braïk, Will Gold und vielen anderen auf der CD. Der Mix zielt auf die Tanzfläche und erinnert an die guten alten Tage der House Music. Auch der brandneue DJ Ciappy & Black South Remix von Haldo with Henri Kohn & Miss Ann-P - Feel Free und die noch unveröffentlichte Hit Single des Kohn-Acted Projekts (Henri Kohn, Miss Ann-P, Vincent Kwok) "The Answer" sind auf dem Silberling zu finden.

CD2 wurde von Giorgio Gee zusammen gestellt und gemixt. Der Mix repräsentiert die New School der House Music. Pumpende Sounds vom Anfang bis zum Ende. Die CD featured Tracks und Remixe von Dirty South & Thomas Gold, Niels van Gogh & Emilio Verdez, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Sean Finn, Arty und vielen anderen. Nennt es Dirty House, nennt es Electro House, das ist der Sound der die Clubs und Charts der Welt im Sturm erobert. Verruchte Beats mit Electro House Einflüssen und extrem hohen Hände-Hoch-Faktor. Natürlich darf auch Giorgio Gee´s Produktion EDG vs. Gee - Rise (Giorgio Gee Edit) nicht fehlen.

The mighty german Clubstar label is back with its next edition of the Clubstar Session series. Right in time for the spring break and summer season comes the Clubstar Session 2012. Since 14 years Clubstar is living and preaching house music now and besides almost hundred single releases and several hundred compilations Clubstar is still keeping it real, but also has an ear for the new styles of house and the new generation. The double compilation Clubstar Session 2012 compilation brings the old and new school of the music we love together.

CD1 is compiled and mixed by Clubstar A&R Henri Kohn. He drops tunes by veterans of the scene like Cevin Fisher, Erick Morillo, Harry Romero, Jose Nunez (all from New York City), Tonka (who is definitely back), ATFC & David Penn and the Chocolate Puma guys from Holland, who already caused dancefloor mayhem back in the 90s under their DJ Zki & Dobre ego. German peaktime house dons Dabruck & Klein are on board as well as german deep house shooting star Larse. Furthermore tracks by Martin Villeneuve, Nicolas Vautier ft Madani Braïk, Will Gold and others are on board. The mix is straight forward with a certain kind of oldschool flavour and reminiscing of the good old days of house music.
