Born in St. Louis, MO.Clark was brought up singing and has never looked back. Music has always been around, and with the numerous music majors in the family, its true the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. In 2004, Clark began to play the guitar and pursue his love for music.he knew music was his calling.



Inspired by close friends and events, Clark began writing, and in early 2007 he released his debut album entitled "Against the Grain." Knowing the music industry is so competitive, the title fit his journey. Bringing his new country and folk feel, he has developed a genre all his own. An unknown author once said, "music is what feelings sound like." Clark portrays just that through his music.



Currently, Clark resides in Louisville, KY while adamantly pursuing his music career. He has just wrapped up lose ends on his highly anticipated sophomore album which is already receiving airplay and magazine interviews worldwide. His new album, Chasing The Sky is available through most digital download sites including iTunes, Amazon mp3, Napster, Rhapsody and eMusic.



Aside from musically performing, Clark has also developed other endeavors within the Arts & Entertainment field. Clark has started his own production company doing everything from booking and management to producing full shows and festivals. Debuting his acting career in June of 2009, Clark was on the final episode of "Southern Belles." A reality TV show filmed in Louisville.



Working with Coyotes Music & Dance Hall, "On The Bus With Clark Absher" was born. Artists and Industry Executives such as Erv Woolsey(George Straits mgr), James Yelich(Dave Matthews Band mgr), Hanson, Jackyl frontman Jesse James Dupree, Ronnie Godfrey of the Marshall Tucker Band, Craig Morgan, Steve Holy, Sara Johns and a hand full of others have all sat down with Clark for interviews.



Other then originals, Clark plays anything from Waylon Jennings, Jason Mraz, The Killers, Tom Petty and everything in between. While playing with a full band, Clark was able to receive an endorsement from Budwieser in 2008. Clark also hosted a weekly open mic night at Losers Most Wanted Bar(sister bar to Woolsey owned Losers Nashville)Not only sharing the stage with artists such as Craig Morgan, Lady Antebellum, Chris Young, Steve Holy, Luke Bryan, Jerrod Niemann, you can also find Clark playing shows at numerous bars, The Kentucky State Fair, Churchill Downs, Kentucky Derby Festival events and private parties all over the region.
