Liese (pronounced Lisa) Dettmer of Liese's Living Room, is an exceptional guitar player and songwriter. Sometimes performing as "Liese's Living Room", Liese would put a sofa on the stage and make as if she were she playing just for friends and family in her "living room". Originally from Orlando, Florida, she moved to New Orleans, Louisiana and fell in love with the spirit and music of the city. Liese's music can be described as psychedelic-folk music, with influences from Pink Floyd, Beck, Led Zeppelin, Tori Amos and the city of New Orleans.
