Nelson Wong of AArisings interviews CHOPS. He is a music producer, musician, and hip-hop artist. Formerly known for being a member of the Mountain Brothers, the first Asian American hip-hop group signed to a major record label in the late-90's, he has made a name for himself working with such artists as Kanye West, E-40, Nicki Minaj, and many others.

In this interview, we discuss how CHOPS was inspired by music at a young age, how the Mountain Brothers got their start, what reaction the MBs received at the time for being Asian American, how his "Strength in NUMBERS" project came to fruition, and what is his favorite pie.
