Chimpanzé Clube Trio is Angelo Kanaan (drums), Felipe Crocco and Luiz Miranda (both playing bass and electric guitar). The band was formed in Sao Paulo, BR in 2002.

The band already had the pleasure of playing with Jorge Mautner, Lanny Gordin and Dead Kennedy's drummer D.H. Pelligro in Sao Paulo.

Today the band is recording its 5º album and is ahead of the project Onda Instrumental - a partnership with instrumental bands and music clubs to improve the scene in Brazil. In a little more than one year of existence more than 37 different instrumental bands have played on its 21 editions, in 3 different cities and 4 different music clubs. All promoted by Onda Instrumental's project.

Despite its roots in rock and roll, the band does not deny other ideas and styles. They consider their music an instrumental pop rock that suits the most various tastes.

They’ve played at the most diverse stages and independent festivals all over Brazil like Bananada, Festival de Inverno de Garanhuns and in the most respected instrumental venues in the country.

Now looking forward to showing their music in other countries as well.
