Song Title: "Happy Feet"

In addition to the fantastic pianistic skills exhibited here in this video by the young Mr. Adam Swanson and the only slightly older Mr. Frederick Hodges, this video is a darn good look at the overall fun & mayhem ever present in the party atmosphere that takes place during the Afterglow at the Scott Joplin International Ragtime Festival in early June of each year. The "After Hours" (Afterglow) always takes place each evening during the festival in the upstairs meeting hall of the Best Western Inn at the south end of the bustling metropolis of Sedalia, Missouri. I can hardly wait to go back again in 2011.

Frederick Hodges & Adam Swanson really perked up the audience with this lively tune that makes people have to move their feet!

This was filmed during one of the Afterglow parties in the late evening hours at the Scott Joplin International Ragtime Festival in June 2010. It was a wonderful festival as usual! Oh yes, another thing, the festival has a great mix of events and many of them are actually FREE. I hope you can be there next year!
