Catfish Hodge is a blues master of the highest caliber. His career spans over three decades.

In my mind, he is one of the best artist songwriter's to ever grace a stage and believe me, I've seen many.

I had the opportunity to see Catfish and his band Eyewitness Blues, at least three-days-a-week (Thursday-Saturday), once a month at P.B. Scotts Music Hall in Blowing Rock, NC in the late 1970's & early 1980's. He had a HUGE following of fans in the area ... people even drove for hours upon hours to see Catfish and his band play at P.B.'s

He plays some dates these days ... there are a number of videos up here on the tube ... but none of them manage to capture the true depth of his amazing talent.
