CASH FLOW FAMILY

In the quiet suburban neighborhood of Cooreville Gardens one would hardly expect to find a growing music empire and some of the most talented and promising young musicians. CashFlow Recording Studio is where you find Paul Mitchell ( jnr ) - Dj Neil , his younger brother Ernesto - Dj X and childhood friend Damion Roye - Mexican, three of the music industry's youngest and freshest. In recent times there has been an addition to the Family - in the form of a young new musical mind - Mark Hize, after just "passin tru" and lending a hand, Hize is now officially a member of the CashFlow Family.



At their age it's hard to imagine them leading the charge of dancehall music, but if you have been out lately, or turned on your radio for that matter then you would have come under CashFlow's influence.



For those who are close to CashFlow , their musical endeavors and achievements come as no surprise, both Dj Neil and Dj X are from a strong musical background, having been taught to play a number of instruments, by their father Paul Father P Mitchel ( snr ). Their inborn love for music and Father P's tutelage set the stage for the things to come.



What started out in the year 2000 as a hobby, experimenting and creating beats, became more. The little bedroom studio has grown in quality, if not size, from the novelty of recording on a personal computer to producing world class music on the newly installed, state of the art ProTools system. Their repertoire and reputation has grown even faster.



CashFlow has worked with most of Jamaica 's top record producers and recording artists. CashFlow has evolved into a full fledged record label, their latest project Guilty (featuring Sojah Pon Di Corner, Iwan , Xsytment , Among others). Tear Drops (features the likes of Capleton , Fanton Mojah , Warrior King , among others.) has been well received locally and is enjoying extensive airplay in Japan (where CashFlow enjoys near iconic status).



The trio is now busy working on other projects Womba , a revolutionary new dancehall rhythm, Tripple X , an infectious beat, (which Dj X classifies as R'n'B Reggae and Blues), Girlfriend , a smooth easy going one drop riddim as well as doing contract work for other producers and artistes.



Equal to their love of making music, is that of playing music, this love is being shared via their popular mix CDs Unleashed , and others which have consistently been the most popular mixes since 2001, They have recently released their Unleashed - Volume 4 mix disc with a vibrant party at the Jonkanoo Lounge, Hilton Hotel. But for them, that is just the beginning as well through live performances all over the Island and aslo Shows in Japan.



They have played at a numerous spot all across the island. Most recently at James Bond Beach. They play at a great number of party's such as Burn, Macka Diomand Birthday Bash, Digital Cris From Irie Fm Short Shorts Party, Cooyah Eclipse Pool Party, Rum On The Beach, After Champs Party "Finish Line", HardRock DETOUR, Rabalac BBQ, Teaze and well as clubs like Asylum, Cuddy's , Junkanoo Lounge, Weekendz, BackYard, Ignition among others.



Fans in Kingston , St. Andrew and St. Catherine have been getting a chance to see them more often as CashFlow now holds a regular spot (Wednesdays and Fridays 6:00PM TO 8:30PM ) on local cable television station, Channel 14 & Music Plus , with their show, CashFlow Live. Dj Neil is also resident dj on CVM TV's Hitlist



Fulfilling dreams



The Cashflow Family are doing what they love as well as fulfilling the dreams of their father who is an avid lover of music. They are also doing video Shooting/ editing.



For now, the players are compiling the Tear Drops and Guilty rhythms, which will be released in Japan , where they have a fair market. Also work is in progress in getting Iwan And Sojah (Cashflow Artist) album together that is totally produced by them.

is a young promising and positive artiste, who is now elevating slowly but surely he is known as "lil star" in cooreville gardens where he reside and has changed his name to "CALDHINO" presently caldhino has tracks on cashflow records, Riddims such as (Tear drops & Womba) and seem to be getting alot of respect for the positive energy that he is bringing to the dancehall vibes.
