There are no existing photos of Smith Casey. His name could have been Smith Cason, as the Library of Congress has him listed under that name on their checklist, even though the few titles that were issued on 78 RPM from his prison recording session has him labeled as Smith Casey. No one will ever know for certain what his real name was.
