This song is called "Down And Out" and it's from a musical I wrote with the fellas from Three Blind Mice (Ramiz Monsef, Ian Merrigan and Jon Beavers) and the elaborate Kris Diaz - The show is having it's world premiere at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in the spring of 2013.
