THAT ONE WHO IS INDICATED BY THE CRUEL AND INFAMOUS FINGER OF THE IGNORANCE.
THAT ONE WHO WALKS IN THE DARK, ALONG THE MOST RECONDITE PATHS OF THE HUMAN STUPIDITY.
THAT ONE WHO ESCAPES OF THE PRISON OF HIS DESTINY, AND BREAKS THE CHAINS OF THE NATURE TOWARDS THE FREEDOM.
THAT ONE AT THAT ALREADY LOOKED TOO MUCH TO THE PAST, NOW ONLY HAS EYES TO LOOK AT THE FUTURE.
THAT ONE THAT WALKS WITH HIS VOICE, AND WHO FURROWS THE SKIES WITH THE MIND AND THE HEART.
IT IS THE MOMENT OF A CHANGE.

La idea de CARROMATO nace con un principio base: El afán de SUPERACIÓN y el deseo de ROMPER barreras, creado tanto por el propio "Carromato"( José Ibáñez ) como por el resto de integrantes que forman este fantástico sueño y que día a día va convirtiéndose en una sólida realidad.
JOSÉ IBAÑEZ, nacido en Granada a mediados de la década de los sesenta, vino a este mundo con un gran problema, originado por un error médico que le dejará postrado para el resto de su vida en una silla de ruedas y en consecuencia le generará grandes dificultades para moverse y hablar con claridad, una parálisis cerebral casi total.
Desde un primer momento CARROMATO (apodo cariñoso por su particular imagen en silla de ruedas, que como él mismo dice "llevo con orgullo") tuvo como principal motor vital el ROCKN ROLL, el cual ha sido su razón de vivir en todo momento.
Allá donde se celebre un concierto de rock siempre encontrarás a Carromato, no sólo como espectador, sino también en multitud de ocasiones como presentador de numerosos festivales, dado que por su gran incondicionalidad a este tipo de eventos le ha llevado a codearse con las bandas nacionales e internacionales más importantes.
Pero esto no es suficiente para él. Sabe que en su interior tiene mucho que decir y muchas cosas que contar. Por ello, Nacho Ruiz ( ex guitarrista de Silver Fist ) le propone pasar del papel de espectador a liderar una gran BANDA DE ROCK como vocalista, a utilizar aquello que más ama, como instrumento para decirle al mundo entero que PUEDE estar arriba del escenario, para hacer frente a todos esos prejuicios ajenos, que a lo largo de su vida han puesto mucho más cuesta arriba su camino, y sobre todo, para vibrar con la energía que le proporciona el ROCKN ROLL, que para él no es sólo un estilo musical sino una FORMA DE VIDA.
The idea of CARROMATO borns with a basic premise: the effort of improving and the wish of breaking all barriers, created both by the own “Carromato” (José Ibañez) and the rest of members who take part of this fantastic dream, which day by day is becoming into a solid reality.
JOSÉ IBAÑEZ, who was born in Granada in the middle of the seventies, came to this world with a serious trouble, resulted by a medical mistake which let him postrated in a wheelchair, and in adition it will generate him great difficulties to move and speak normally, an almost total brain paralysis.
Since the first moment, CARROMATO (a tender name given to him by his particular image in his wheelchair - “which I carry with pride” - in his own words) had as main vital engine ROCKNROLL, what is his life reason every moment.
Everywhere a rock concert take place, you always can find Carromato, not even like audience, but hosting several festivals. Due his inconditionally loving of this kind of events took him to surround himself with the most important national and international rock bands.
But this is not enough yet. Inside him he knows he have many things to say. Cause of that, Nacho Ruiz (Silverfists ex-guitar) propose him to pass from audience to lead a GREAT ROCK BAND like a vocalist, to use his most loving thing like an instrument to tell the whole world he CAN be in top of the stages, to face all prejudices, which along his life put much more costs above up his way, and over everything, to vibrate with the energy the ROCKN ROLL provides to him, that for him isnt only a simple music style, but his very WAY OF LIFE.
