Captain Insano

Captain Insano are a hardcore metal band hailing from County Cork. Over the last number of years they have toured extensively throughout Ireland and have released two EP’s The Inevitable Conclusion To A Wasted Life and HOWTOFAKEYOUROWNDEATH.
