The EP was recorded at Wayland's Forge studios by Jonny Maudling (Bal-Sagoth / Kull) in 2006. Bass recordings on the EP were also handled by Tarkan Alp. Shortly following the recording, the band parted ways with Bona, evolving into Dyscaphia.
