TULIPA060 - Foog - Cannery Row
The worldly scout Foog drops a blast of shameless mist across the trashy road. Furthermore, he is one step closer to discovering the secrets that rest below the layer of scrap metal beneath his shoes. The city is entirely deserted. This is Cannery Row -- lonely, restless, volatile. Foog urges the spirits to rise up and play in this new Tulipa Recordings territory.

The original version of Cannery Row is a flourished tombstone resting upon a stretched gray plain of morbidity. Auditory synthesis is present when the percussion, pads, and wails lock together to form a piece of fervorous detriment. This song is rigorously eerie and exhaustingly detached, creating the perfect weapon for deeply shifting dance floors. The Japanese Popstars follow closely behind and launch a dissociative rocket into the crystalline sky, ripping apart the ionosphere. Their techno behemoth represents the collective vision of the duo as they step into the realm of hypnotic musicianship. They induce the mind and warm the body as their remix gyrates transient souls. Recognition aka Jacek Sienkiewicz finalizes the hour with a frosty blend of ethereal refreshment and sophisticated vehemence. Wrinkled with ghostly shades, Jacek's remix beautifully explodes like an expertly pruned garden. Imaginations are lit brighter than a torch tossed into a bucket of kerosene during a slivered moon.

Cannery Row is obscured and dim. Little is left for potential foragers. A lantern adds a solitary glow to the main square and the rest of the city remains shrouded by the veil of gloominess. Foog ventures forward to newer places, still searching for the whispers that have eluded him in this place. Life has stretched its unpredictable hard forward, giving rise to new options and fascinations.
