In November 2013 Buddy Mondlock stopped by my workshop to record a few videos. Buddy is playing a rosewood GF model. As usual, you are listening to the artist, the guitar and a mic in the bench room of my workshop. Live, off the floor. There are no pickups being used. The sound is pure. The Bench Room Series of videos are recorded by Tom MacDonald of Flicomedia. The guitar was recorded mono by a single 184 and the vocals by an AK47 style tube mic, into a digi 02. The most important part was a great performance by a brilliant artist in a great sounding room. The camera is a Canon 60D.
