Find yourself dancing at Ecstatic Dance Thursdays!

Join our weekly soulful dance gathering every Thursday night in Toronto from 7:30pm-9:30pm at 805 Dovercourt Road!

On Bell Local part of the ARTopia Series.
Move however you wish
Honour your body
Dance with bare feet
No experience needed
All ages, genders, cultures, sizes are welcome
(children are welcome when accompanied by an adult)
Please no talking on the dance floor
Respect yourself and one another
Bring comfortable clothes to move in and water to drink
Alchohol-free and recreational drug-free
Safe and sacred space
Let the music take you on a journey
30 min. 'warm up dance' from 7:30-8:00pm
followed by a 90 min. 'Ecstatic Dance Journey'
from 8:00pm-9:30pm
The music starts slow, builds to an energetic peak and ends in a meditative space

$12 - $15 sliding scale (pay what you wish from $12 to $15)
