DESCRIPTION: Looped "interval signal" of shortwave broadcast. I heard it first on an unidentified radiostation somewhere in 49m band back in 2002/3. Years later, I stumbled upon the exact same melody on satellite Astra 4A/Sirius, (5deg. east) on "VTM'-labeled audio channel. As I learned (from you - thanks for all the comments under this upload!), apparently this is a "filler" melody put on air during problems connecting to an original feed.
