DESCRIPTION:
COBRA (City of Bristol Rising Artists) is a music enrichment programme which runs every year for a period of 10-15 weeks and brings together young people (aged 16-19) with music and multimedia industry professionals in order to enrich the educational environment and bring about more positive attitudes to personal development and attainment.

The aims and objectives of this project are to encourage personal expression and musical experimentation and to help participants write original compositions, record them on to CD and the perform them live in a music showcase promoting new talent.
