Vic Firth sits down with several professional Nashville-area drummers to pick their brains on how to make it in the music industry. Listen to stories from the road and in the studio, and pick up tips and suggestions from real working drummers on how to make your drumming better in real life situations.

Dan Needham - session drummer & producer, working with a broad range of well known recording artists, including Michael McDonald, the Neville Brothers, Amy Grant, Chris Tomlin, Garth Brooks, Kathy Mattea, and numerous others.

Tommy Hardin - recording artist and touring drummer for Reba McEntire

Paul Simmons - recording, session drummer, currently on tour with The Reverand Horton Heat, and has worked with other great bands such as Petra, Black Oak Arkansas & The Legendary Shack Shakers

Marcus Finnie - recording, session drummer. Has recorded and/or toured with such artists as Larry Carlton, Donna Summer, Ce Ce Winans, Aaron Neville, Kirk Whalum, Billy Preston, among others.

Kevin Rapillo - recording, session artist, currently touring with Rodney Atkins.

Lejoe Young - recording artist, creating online custom loops & currently touring with Travis Tritt

Brian Pruitt - session drummer
