DESCRIPTION:
At the "Police State Party" in Carbondale, IL on September 13, 2008, Karthik Kakarala and Tom Vasilj performed together for the very first time. Tom Vasilj dubbed their improv "Grind Lift," a farcical homage to "Ground Lift" and "Grindcore".

It was a last minute, unscheduled performance immediately following the Cosmic Twilight Pimps' performance (of which Tom Vasilj has always been a member).
