Artist Biography: Emelda Tshuma (nee Mudzamiri) is a Zimbabwean born and based gospel artist. Her music is a refreshing sound of trendy RnB with indelible Jazz connotations. Emelda’s mission is to spread the spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through her deep lyrics and to inspire both the young and the old to have a positive outlook.

Born 10 March 1987, Emelda started singing professionally at the age of 14 years when she joined Jackie Madondo and the Vessels of Honour. That same year she became a member of the Joystreet Choir, which is led by Shingisai Suluma. She has over the years also featured on a number of notable local projects working with Pastor G, Alexio Kawara, Prince Mafukidze, ZimPraise, and the ZAOGA Braeside Choir.
