Paradise Valley is my most favorite getaway. The space of the valley allows me to get a literal and figurative fresh breath of air from the grind of growing up, living, and career-ing in Los Angeles. Los Angeles is home, and I am grateful for its gifts and punishment, but this song, Aimless, represents how wonderful it is to get lost, to get out, to find what adventure may be in the great unknown. The great unknown for me, once was Montana, and I found friends in Paradise Valley, and a second home. It was only fitting to record AIMLESS in Paradise.
