DESCRIPTION:
These guys are about to get a major tank upgrade (starting with a long-overdue transition to a sand substrate). The tank's a mess, but they were in a spunky mood and I figured I'd capture the moment.

That obese P. senegalus who keeps stealing the show is Sammy. She's the whole reason I got into fish-keeping nearly twelve years ago, and she's still one of the greatest pets I've ever owned.

Here's a rundown of the gang:
