Egy izgalmas, új, és egyben régi világba vezet be bennünket a hazai blues veteránjának számító Oláh
Andor szájharmonikás, és a gitáros Gál Csaba Boogie. A magyar electro szcénából importált zenész
producerek összeálltak az alkimistákkal, akik a rap szlengjével, a népzenék nektárjával, a Big Beat
ritmusával érkeztek és jól összekeverték ezeket a blues kormos fazekában, amibe véletlenül beleesett
egy kis varázsgomba is, és máris kész a Delta Disco!
Oláh Andor és Gál Csaba Boogie több mint húsz éves koncertes múltjuknak és zenekaraiknak
köszönhetően közelebb hozták a közönség számára a blues nálunk addig még ismeretlen, fekete gyökerű
alapjait. Utat nyitottak számos hazai fiatal nyomukba lépő bandának, előadónak is. A mostani felállás a
bluesban eddig összegyűjtött ismeretek és a mai kornak megfelelő, friss hangzásvilág ötvözetét hozza
létre. Az elektronikus zenei háttérről az egyik szerző Máté Szabi, és Dure hivatottak gondoskodni. Az új
tag Fekete János /Jammal / Beatbox és groove dob játékával izgalmasabbá teszi a muzsikát, és ő hozza
dobokon a Big Beat-es groove--okat is. A Mississippi Big Beat elkezdte és folytatja a blues műfaj
modernizálását, a blues alapokat elektronikus alapokkal és effektekkel turbózza fel, és repítik az 1920-as
években született nótákat a 2012-es hangzásvilágba.

Andor Oláh, the Hungarian blues veteran, who plays on harmonica and Csaba Gál alias Boogie are leading us into an exciting new-old world with their music. The musician producers from the Hungarian electro scene joined the alchemists, who arrived with their rap slang, the sweetness of folk music and the rythm of Big Beat. They shaked these elements in the smoky pot of blues with some magic mushroom, and the result is Delta Disco!
Andor Oláh and Csaba Gál alias Boogie due to their 20 years music experience made the black roots of blues closer to the Hungarian audiance and opened a new way to numerous music groups and musicians who followed them. The actual music formation gives the above-mentioned elements with the freshness of present day sounding. Szabi Máté and Dure are responsible for the electric music background. With the beatbox, groove drum and the Big Beat groove, the new member János Fekete alias Jamm makes the music more interesting. The Mississippi Big Beat started and still follow the modernation of blues, the basic blues elements are spinned with electric effects, in result the songs born in 1920's are became modernized to the 2012's year.
