Marcus Bonfanti's story is like that of so many talented British guitarists. Like others before him, he has worked hard and made sacrifices when it was necessary to do so -- and all the while has tried to be a better player, a more honest artist and a more committed performer, even when it meant "crossing the country to play to three people".

But now his goal is in view: prime-time radio airplay from Bob Harris and Huey Morgan has followed critical acclaim for his new album, Shake The Walls -- recorded on tape, the old-school way -- and it's all starting to happen. In this video, Marcus talks us through his favourite gear at The Grange Studios in Norfolk, England, where Shake The Walls was made.
