Wordsmith and his band played for members of U.S. Armed Services stationed overseas; dedicated soldiers who need a taste of home and deserve some Hip-Hop that speaks more to their blue collar ears. Wordsmith has always been the People’s MC because he chooses to find his artistic motivation within real life rather than the fantasy life of current Hip-Hop. Everyday people can relate and find comfort in his music because he is just like them and making music about it. The video was pieced together from the first studio session that Wordsmith & The Big Band Theory ever had.
