"Hooked on a Feeling" written by Mark James and recorded by B. J. Thomas was released by Scepter Records in October 1968 and reached number five on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1969. It was included in the album, On My Way and can be found on CD on the Very Best of B.J. Thomas on Varese Sarabande and B.J. Thomas - Greatest Hits on Rhino.
