DESCRIPTION:
Dazzie Dee Aka Big Saccs was born and raised in South Central,
Los Angeles. In 1984 he met Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Sir Jinx & KDee.
Dazzie Dee's first EP "Turn it Loose" was produced in
1988 by: Dr. Dre, and Sir Jinx . Dazzie Dee was one of the
original members of The Lench Mob (Formed by Ice Cube)
artistic differences caused Dazzie Dee to leave the group. After
leaving the Lench Mob, Dazzie Dee recorded his first solo
album "Where's My Receipt" (Capitol Records 1995) Then rereleased
it as "The Re-Birth" (Raging Bull 1996) Which was
produced by: Battlecat and featured Ice Cube, Coolio, K-Dee,
and Chill from CMW. This is considered by many as a West
Coast Classic.
Dazzie Dee has also contributed Classic Productions on:
Mausberg's "Non-Fiction" Mausberg & Suga Free's "The
Konnected Project", Suga Free's "The New Testament" and
"Just Add Water", and Frontlinerz, "Gangstream Music". He is
currently working with artists such as: Glasses Malone, Problem
and New West Movement.
Dazzie Dee has once again teamed up with the Legendary West
Coast Producer Battlecat, and is working on his highly
anticipated solo release "The 7th Letter" with features from
George Clinton, Smokey Robinson, Kurupt, Glasses Malone,
King Tee, K-Dee, & Suga Free.
This album will be released on the label that brought you artist
such as Suga Free, Mausberg, & DJ Quik... Laneway Records.
Anyone that knows the history of West Coast Gangsta Rap/GFunk
considers Dazzie Dee to be a PIONEER... Stay Tuned as
