The Producer can sell a Non Exclusive beat multiple times as the producer retains the rights to the beat.



EXCLUSIVE

~ Exclusive beats are beats that once they are sold, the buyer gains a commerical license to use the beat exclusively for any commerical music purpose, the buyer does not have the right to resale the beat/track to any third party companies without the express written consent of Throwback Street Muzick LLC/Corporate Street Hustlerz Muzick,and we{the producers} cannot resale any exclusively sold beat /track once it has been sold as the buyer owns the rights to the commerical license.The buyer must give credit to the original producer on all songs/albums and share in all profits exceeding $100,000 in revenue.
