Miami native, B.B.K., is a Panamanian-American rapper that has been heavy in the streets since 2004.

He started working with much of the local talent in the Dade County music scene, working on his first album with a newly formed record company. However, his ambitions and goals superseded the aspirations of the label. He sought to expand his horizons by breaking away from his former allies working with various producers and engineers outside the city. He continued working vigorously to perfect his craft as a songwriter and stage performer working relentlessly to establish a solidified name within the South Florida area. Then he took the advice of a close family member and befriended a musician in the Ft. Lauderdale area named DJ Illusion. This newly formed alliance helped BBK take his talents to new heights. After releasing his fist mixtape with another Panamanian artist, BBK sought a more independent road, establishing his new mixtape series "Da Truth" which has already spawned three volumes. BBK has independently sold over 30,000 mixtapes by himself over the past 2 years in the street. Throughout his career, BBK has had the opportunity to work with many artists such as Bizzy Bone of Bone Thugs & Harmony, Robert Curry of Day 26, C-Ride, Unda Surveillance, Grind Mode, & Black Dada. One of his most known records was the Latino Remix to Imma Zoe titled “Imma Chico” which blazed the air waves on Power 96 in Miami for several months. BBK's style is extremely unique it is one that encompasses a gritty southern swagger with a fast paced Hispanic twist with influences from all different genres of music ranging from soca, reggae, dancehall, salsa, merengue, and hip hop.

His style is one which cannot be replicated. With lyrics that stray from the beaten pass and flow that resembles that of an auctioneer this up and coming artist has many tricks hidden up his sleeves and is sure to be a face not soon forgotten.
