DESCRIPTION:
"CREAK at KRAAK"
An Evening of Sonic Art Noise Sound Music

In a hidden old textile warehouse on the fringes of the Northern Quarter in Manchester...

Unique, spontaneous performances and tag-team collaborations by:

BEN HEANEY -- electric violin; performing "I'm Going To Die. I Love You"
This is the first full length performance of this work. Recently, Diamanda Galas described it as the closest thing to her own voice and totally succeeding in emotional terror and physical emotional agony. A special short version was broadcast by Oxford BBC Introducing and described as an enormous chorus of rage, a car crash and calming.

CONFORMIST GUERILLA -- spoken words; performing "Shell"
Returning to his roots with a work specially written for tonight, the Conformist Guerilla presents his latest comment on the state of society through sounds as much as words.

BRIAN BENSON -- amplified small percussion; presenting "Digitus Infamis"
The first unveiling of a project spanning about two decades, an amplified, multi-miked table-top with many small and not so small objects.

HOWARD JACOBS -- bass clarinet, sheet metal & junk (Les Commandos Percu,Toolshed, Homelife, Skidoo 23)

Soz about video quality....poor light.
