this is the 2nd part of an old video of pantera just kickin it at a party in 1989 in Dallas.... several of them are tripping on acid.. it's very old from a vhs tape. this is the summer before cowboys from hell was released.. before they were famous. Phil Anselmo is getting bugged by some idiot
