Battle

Battle is a special group of guys, who were chosen individually by each Shinhwa members themselves, through a series of auditions called, Let’s CokePlay Battle Shinhwa. After each survivor had battled their way to the top 12 then they were hand picked by Shinhwa and were taken under their wings. It had been over a year since the competitions ended and the 6 chosen ones train day and night dreaming to become the next legend.



Even though Battle strives to be as great as Shinhwa, they do not want to be the next Shinhwa. Although it is a great honor to be compared with Shinhwa, the boys rather make a name for themselves as Battle and to make a great mark for themselves in the music industry, like how Shinhwa and many groups had successfully done.



Battle’s popularity has been growing ever since their Let’s CokePlay days. With Battle’s official debut on 12.17.06 on Inkigayo and the released of their Crash single, their fame continue to climb. Quickly after their stage debut, Battle surprised many critics and fans with an early yet amazing live performance. The group has become the talk in the entertainment scene.



-Battle were featured in Shinhwa's Once in a Lifetime MV-except HwiChan

-Ryu is the oldest & is the protective leader

-HwiChan replaced JangHyun, who was originally picked by DongWan

-Chris is from Califronia, that’s why his English is so good

-Lio studied in China & is now fluent in Chinese

-Battle's official balloon color is Pearlcent Gold

-KiHyun is the tallest member with the biggest eyes

-Ryu sends 3 members to the bathroom so he won’t lose one

-HwiChan’s parent worked long hours, he lived with his grandma for the past 18 years

-TaeHwa won the popularity award of Let’s CokePlay Battle Shinhwa

-KiHyun is very playful but also very competitive

-Chris loves food and enjoys cooking for his hyungs

-Lio was featured in JunJin’s solo career under the track “Come Back”

-Ryu used to be a model, and now he wants to pursue acting on top of being a singer

-Battle's font type is Cloister Black, but a grunge version

-TaeHwa can do a freaky, amazingly perfect imitation of Xiah from TVXQ

-HwiChan learned that his grandma had passed right after he was eliminated

-KiHyun often slouches to make the other members seem a bit taller

-Chris has the most interesting and cutest signature, it’s of a face

-Lio is very passionate about learning, he is currently learning English

-TaeHwa’s birthday falls on New Years-double the celebration =]
