Video by Adrian Crowley for "Worse Things Happen at Sea" from the album "Cut Throat Lane" (2013). Shot in a snowy Paris in January 2013 by Choice award winner Adrian Crowley. It was filmed along the Canal Saint Martin, Pere Lachaise cemetery and the Porte des Lilas metro station (the setting for Serge Gainsbourg's seminal song and video 'Les poinconneur des Lilas'). While it may seem strange to juxtapose a song about the underbelly of Dublin with scenes of night-time Paris, the song itself was influenced by the gritty chanson tradition. Barry plays The Cobblestone, Smithfield in Dublin on December 19th 2013.
