Barkin Engin

Born in 1978, Istanbul.



He received his MA degree in music from Istanbul Technical University, Advanced Studies in Music program. Currently continues his doctoral study in the same program.



Besides contributing the bands Replikas and Reverie Falls on All as a composer and performer, he has participated to a variety of recordings as a producer and sound engineer since 2005.



Starting with 2006, he has been a part of the “R Production” team.



He also works as a part time instructor in Istanbul Bilgi University, Film and Television department and Mimar Sinan University Conservatory Composition department.



"Days In A Grey Haze" contains samples from "Tabula Rasa" by Arvo Pärt.



"The Foe" is composed for the visual project "The Foe" by Mustafa Emek Gul.



"Chagrin" is based on variations of a single loop.
