Slices of Life – The Shirt (2015/16) for violin, soundtrack and video is the initial sequence of the multimedia performance "Slices of Life" that Barbara Lüneburg creates in the framework of her artistic research project "TransCoding | What if?". The material for the video (from 2:30 on), stills and movie clips, stem from the series "e m o ׀ t i ׀ o ׀ n a l" by Katarina Michelitsch. The story "The Shirt", describes the quest of a person for her own identity. ("TransCoding" is funded by the Austrian Science Fund).
