Sounds aren't restricted to borders any more, and that's made it possible for artists to come out of locations we might not normally associate rap with, like North Carolina. After J. Cole blew up, we've seen more MCs slowly creep out of North Carolina, such as Deniro Farrar, more recently we introduced you to WELL$, plus this dude right here.
