Here's a special one from the archives. An interview with Joseph & Babik Reinhardt from the 1960's. They are playing Satin Doll. I have a recording of David Reinhardt playing the same tune with Eugene Weiss' son Loulou in 2003. I love it when the interviewer asks Joseph, "Are you playing gypsy music or jazz music?" and Joseph's response "Jazz" with a shrug of his shoulders.

Tchan Tchou, same era playing with one of the worst violinists I've ever heard. Tchan-Tchou's sound is amazing! Tremolo turned up to 11. The camera doesn't focus on him all the time, but whatever. We've got what we've got.
