DESCRIPTION:
This is a mix between two takes.

This is a song by Attila Bokor. This session is quite different from others I've done. It's probably the only one where I didn't record the song together with a click track. All I heard was the song itself.

I wanted the drumming to build with the song, to enhance the effect of the song growing as time goes. Therefore, I started very sparse, only playing the kick and snare in the beginning. After that I choose to play only quarter notes, again, to make the music breathe and so that it can constantly move forward. After that I start building on top of the groove foundation, by adding more strokes and textures (like for example ghost strokes) - and off we go!
