However,there is another clue on the album's back cover.I think I have figured out a good time line on this album. So I did some research:

On the album's back cover, they have mentioned one of the singers. His name is "Donald Doig"
Donald Doig was born 18 April 1940 (Died: Oct 1999)

Doig was a graduate of West Seneca West High School and Houghton College.

At age 19 (1959), he was awarded a scholarship by the American Federation of Music to Eastman School of Music in Rochester. He also received a Fulbright Scholarship and studied in Paris at Normale Ecole.

Donald Doig and his family moved and lived in the Chicago area since 1967.
So,it is obvious that this album was recorded sometimes between 1959 - 1967
