Philadelphia native Atiba Halisi (f/k/a Phien) was a battle rapper who became convicted to rap about the life that he was actually living. He apprenticed under Cross Movement members and released two well-received mixtapes. His debut album, 'The Understudy,' will be released November 18, 2014.
