DESCRIPTION:
Nate Mayland's arrangement of Benny Golson's beautiful ballad titled "From Dream To Dream." The song was recorded in 1984 on his album Nostalgia, featuring Curtis Fuller on trombone. Here Nate Mayland is featured overdubbing four tenor trombones, one bass trombone, as well as electric piano and bass. This arrangement was first performed in 2006 at The Bohemian Hall and Beer Garden by Mayland's group The Astoria Trombones, and featured John Allred, Mike Boschen, Jeff Bush and Max Seigel on trombones.
