DESCRIPTION:
The Parkland School District 5th Grade Band performs "Heavy Metal" by Scott Watson (Alfred Publications), which features the band's "heavy metal" instruments - trombones, baritones, tubas, etc. in a fun feature. Note the horn moves created by the kids themselves perform their easy-to-memorize part from out in the audience. "Heavy Metal" was named a J.W. Pepper Editor's Choice.
